The Project Management Office consists of three key organizational elements:
Engagement Management: Illumi’s Engagement Managers are responsible for the overall business relationship with clients. They are single points of contact for clients in resolving issues, and achieving client expectations.
Onsite Project Teams: The onsite team is comprised of Illumi consultants who are responsible for all coordination of activities between onshore and offshore development teams. The Project Teams consist of project managers, system architects, application designers, project planners, and business analysts.
Offshore Project Teams: The Offshore Project Teams are responsible for the development of applications, testing, and other duties assigned to it by the Onsite Project Team. The Offshore Teams are typically comprised of project leaders, architects, DBA’s, programmers, software engineers, quality assurance analysts, and software testers.
