Assets Quality Monitoring & Controlling System
As part of Major Bank's Facility Integration Project, Illumi Consulting was chosen to develop the Assets Quality Monitoring and Control System. As a result of the successful completion of the project, the system increased the Credit Loan Management efficiency by providing data storage of history and centralized management, resulting in the reduction of risk. By implemented the system, the company was able to improve the overall quality of assets by effectively using existing data and resources in the Banking & Accounting System and the Credit Loan System.

Pension Fund Administration System
The Principals of illumi Consulting were selected by the Fund Administrator for the development and implementation of a computer software system for their pension processing and functioned as the single-point provider for the development and implementation of the Pension Fund Administration Software Solution.
illumi provided an end-to-end system and development solution for the Fund Administrator, utilizing our business analysts in a collaborative technique ensuring that correct requirements are captured, validated and implemented. illumi worked with the Fund Administrator directors and staff to analyze and provide recommendations for business process re-engineering and automation, improving controls (tracking, reporting and audit), reducing hands-on administration of pension data, implementing earlier "in-process error discovery" and improving participant communications.
The new system has dramatically improved process automation, workflow and data accuracy that supports maintaining all participant, employers and agreements data and associated relationships and provides enhanced control, audit and reporting tools to users. Easy to use GUI interfaces that improves efficiency and searchable comments available in most user entry sections of the application, eliminate external spreadsheets and workarounds, integrates processing of mailings and calculations, including preserving an audit trail and linking searchable comments to events.
Enterprise Data Integration
A Major Communications Company had been spending significant resources on maintaining the quality of its data. The accuracy and consistency of data across a multitude of Ordering, Billing, and Provisioning systems was deemed critical to revenue recovery, increased throughput, and reduced cycle time. Inconsistencies between systems lead to customers being billed for services not used or for more or less costly services.
illumi Consulting applied the tools and methodology of its industry unique Data Integration, Migration, and Cleansing Serviceware Offering to analyze the set of Ordering/Billing/Provisioning systems supporting the revenue critical Frame and ATM businesses. The mission was to prove the applicability of the offering to the Company's challenge by not only identifying potential data issues in each system, but across and between the systems as well. In addition, illumi was tasked with identifying business rules that could be implemented to automatically correct data when certain conditions were met and to implement these "Pollution Control" procedures.
To paraphrase the Senior Business Owner of four Operational Customer Service Centers, illumi's approach has reduced or eliminated the days and sometimes weeks a Customer order can be delayed due to system inconsistencies and data errors. The solution is being was implemented for the Managed Services, Connectivity, and Data Services Operational business areas, with the potential to be rolled out across other operational systems in support of the Company's multi-year, Database of Record Data Management, Data Cleansing and Data Migration project.
